Nuplex boosts dividend 28%, lifts payout range

By Suze Metherell May 22 (BusinessDesk) - Nuplex Industries, the specialty chemical and resin maker, expects to increase its annual dividend by nearly a third and has lifted payout ratio to 60 percent of profit. The Auckland-based company expects to declare a final dividend of 17 cents, taking its total payment to 27 cents this year, up from 21 cents in the 2014 year, it said in a statement. Nuplex also lifted its dividend payout ratio to be a minimum 60 percent of net profit, from a previous range of 55 percent to 65 percent. Earlier...
