By Rebecca Howard Dec. 18 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand consumer confidence dipped in December, the third consecutive decline, with both current and future conditions easing slightly.  The ANZ Roy Morgan consumer confidence index fell to 121.8 this month from 123.7 in November.
