By Jonathan Underhill Nov. 18 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar fell, dipping below 70 US cents to the lowest in almost four months, as markets continued to be priced on expectations of president-elect Donald Trump and a Republican US government, which has driven up the greenback and lifted equities. The local currency fell to 70.13 US cents as at 5pm in Wellington, from as low as 69.96 cents earlier and from 70.98 cents late yesterday. The trade-weighted index fell to 77.18 from 77.62.
