By Jonathan Underhill Dec. 12 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar fell against the greenback after a measure of US consumer confidence climbed more than expected and reached a 19-month high versus the euro following the European Central Bank's stimulus extension. The kiwi dollar fell to 71.30 US cents as at 8am in Wellington, from 71.39 cents in late New York trading on Friday and down from 71.69 cents in Asia at the end of last week.
