By Jonathan Underhill Aug. 1 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar rose amid broad weakness in the US dollar after figures showed the American economy grew less than expected between April and June, adding to the argument that the Federal Reserve won't rush to raise interest rates this year.
