By Rebecca Howard Dec. 13 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar stuck to a tight range ahead of policy decisions from a raft of central banks but got a late lift after reports that Democrat Doug Jones beat Republican Roy Moore in the US Senate race in Alabama.
