By Rebecca Howard March 16 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar is headed for a 0.5 percent weekly decline against the greenback on rising risk aversion as markets fret about a possible trade war and more changes in White House Staff. The kiwi dollar traded at 72.44 US cents as at 5pm from 72.69 US cents as at 8am in Wellington and from 73.27 cents late yesterday.  It traded at 72.80 US cents last Friday in New York.  The trade-weighted index fell to 74.42 from 74.95 late yesterday.
