By Paul McBeth Dec. 5 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar is heading for a 0.9 percent weekly decline against the greenback as investors continue to rally behind the US dollar in anticipation of a rate hike next year, and ahead of a key US jobs report. The kiwi fell to 77.78 US cents at 5pm in Wellington from 78.49 cents on Friday in New York last week. That's little changed from 77.80 cents at 8am and up from 77.46 cents yesterday.
