By Paul McBeth Feb. 26 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar held below 73 US cents as investors await Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell's first testimony to Congress this week, where they'll be looking for clues on the track for US interest rates.  The kiwi traded at 72.85 US cents as at 8am in Wellington from 72.88 cents on Friday in New York, and down from 73 cents at the close of local trading last week.
