By Paul McBeth April 23 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar held above 72 US cents as political uncertainties in the world's biggest economy limited the greenback's gains from rising US interest rates.  The kiwi traded at 72.03 US cents at 5pm in Wellington from 72.07 cents at the New York close on Friday, and down from 72.40 cents in Asia last week.
