By Jonathan Underhill Dec. 12 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar was little changed against the greenback ahead of this week's Federal Reserve policy meeting, which is expected to see a hike in the federal funds rate and potentially a stronger forecast track for economic growth.
