By Rebecca Howard March 19 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar slipped and is poised to go lower with the focus firmly on this week's policy reviews at the US Federal Reserve and New Zealand's central bank, where the Fed is expected to hike while the Reserve Bank stays on hold.  The kiwi dollar traded at 72.10 US cents as at 5pm in Wellington from 72.19 cents as at 8am and 72.15 cents in New York on Friday.
