By Jonathan Underhill Sept. 28 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar fell from its overnight highs, to be little changed after stronger-than-expected US consumer confidence and the first US presidential debate that some commentators gave to Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
