By Rebecca Howard July 21 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar is heading for a 1 percent weekly gain against the greenback and moved higher against the Aussie after that nation's central bank quelled the view that rate hikes might be on the horizon while New Zealand's finance minister said the economy is performing well with the dollar at its current level.  The Kiwi was trading at 74.22 US cents as at 5pm in Wellington from 74.05 cents as at 8am and 73.45 cents last Friday and was at 94.00 Australian cents as at 5pm from 92.51 cents...
