By Tina Morrison June 24 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar touched a fresh five-year low as the greenback strengthened on optimism the Federal Reserve may raise interest rates as early as September. The kiwi touched 68.13 US cents, its lowest level since July 2010, and was trading at 68.46 US cents at 8am in Wellington, from 68.50 cents at 5pm yesterday.
