NZ house prices rise 5.8% in June, led by growth outside Auckland: REINZ

By Rebecca Howard July 13 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand's median house price rose an annual 5.8 percent in June with strong growth outside of Auckland, according to the Real Estate Institute. The national median house price increased to $529,000 in June from $500,000 the same month a year earlier, the institute said in a statement.
