NZOG chair Rodger Finlay, director Duncan Saville resign on OGOG takeover

By Sophie Boot Dec. 14 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand Oil & Gas chairman Rodger Finlay and director Ducan Saville have resigned following the announcement this morning that OG Oil & Gas has received approval from the Overseas Investment Office for its partial takeover bid for NZOG. Finlay has served on the board for six years and as chair since January 2016, while Saville has been a director since November 2014.
