NZX taps Guy Elliffe, John Williams to Smartshares board

By Suze Metherell Nov. 6 (BusinessDesk) - NZX has appointed former AMP Capital Investors executive Guy Elliffe and John Williams from Trust Investments Management, as independent directors to the stock market operator's Smartshares board. Elliffe, who is now the corporate governance manager at Accident Compensation Corp, and Williams join the board effectively immediately, after NZX's head of compliance Kristin Brandon resigned, the company said in a statement.
