New Zealand is now a hopium den.And if you want to sample the best hopium around just go to Invest NZ. The organisation officially launched last week, and, according to its website, NZ is the most prosperous country in the world outside of Europe. The Legatum Prosperity Index says NZ is more prosperous than some countries inside Europe too, such as Ireland.However, that is not the real story the Legatum index tells. The real story is we were number one on this index in 2016 and fell nine places to 10th in 2023.A similar vein of hopium...
