There was a fair bit of rewriting of history going on at the Kiwi Property annual shareholders' meeting last month after co-founder Richard Didsbury's decision to retire from the board.Chair Mark Ford talked about the opposition to Kiwi Property's decision to build the Sylvia Park shopping centre.These days, the company describes it as a mixed-use centre where it will also build office buildings and residential accommodation – possibly build-to-rent projects – making it a true community, rather than just a place to shop....
