We await the fallout, with eyes on oil prices and the Strait of Hormuz.The second was the IPSOS Issues Monitor, which showed the mood of the nation souring on the incumbent Government, with the National Party being assessed as best able to handle a meagre three of the top 20 issues identified by New Zealanders.Huge mood swing"Wow" was my reaction when I read the IPSOS results.To put the latest IPSOS results into perspective...
