Antarctica New Zealand has spent more than $9 million on contractors working on the Scott Base redevelopment project this year.According to figures released to BusinessDesk under the Official Information Act (OIA), total spending (on contractors and other items) exceeded $2m every month except May.Figures for June and July weren’t available.The Crown entity has so far spent $143m on the project, which was reset last year after an independent review found the original design, comprising three large modular buildings to be built in Timaru a...
