Chinese nationals are by far the biggest users of an immigration scheme which offers residency in exchange for investment in New Zealand.Immigration NZ (INZ) provides two visas for high net worth migrants: the investor class 1 visa, which requires a minimum $10 million investment for three years, and the investor class 2 visa, which requires a minimum $3m investment for four years, which can be reduced to $2.5m if visa holders invest at least $1.5m in growth assets.Applicants have to invest in approved investments, including property and bonds....
