The Environmental Protection Authority has applied to liquidate a company with a project on the Fast-track Approvals Act list over "non-payment of costs" relating to a separate application.Energy Farms sought approval to fast-track Wellsford Solar Farm, a 120-hectare project with approximately 149,000 solar panels north of Auckland. It was one of 149 projects named in October last year that were considered to have “significant national or regional benefits” by an independent advisory group and agreed to by Cabinet.In...
