By Gavin Evans May 3 (BusinessDesk) - KiwiRail chair Greg Miller has been named chief executive of the state-owned rail operator after the company said an international search failed to find a candidate with sufficient breadth of experience. Miller only joined the board in November. Prior to that he was managing director of logistics operator Toll New Zealand.
