Prime minister Jacinda Ardern has announced major changes to covid-19 restrictions, including tweaks to the traffic light system and scrapping requirements for the use of vaccine passes.At the red level of the covid protection framework, all outdoor gathering limits will be removed and indoor capacity limits will be increased from 100 to 200.
