Fonterra has appointed Chris Rowe as acting chief financial officer from October.The co-operative’s current group finance director will take over from Marc Rivers who is leaving the dairy company at the end of the year.Rowe will officially move into the role as acting CFO on Oct 1, when Rivers moves into the role of strategic adviser to the chief executive until his departure.Rowe has worked for Fonterra and its precursors since 1988 during which time he worked in several commercial and finance leadership roles.Fonterra chief executive, M...
