Nearly 56% of the shares already voted in the Comvita scheme of arrangement have backed the 80 cents per share offer by Florenz.The NZX-listed company provided an update on the voting with four days left until the special meeting.Just under half of all its shareholders have lodged a proxy or voted as of Monday evening.Of that, 55.9% had cast in favour, totalling 27.8% of voting rights and 40.7% have voted against, totalling 20.2% of voting rights.To pass, 75% of the votes cast from each interest class, one of which is Florenz and its associates...
