New Zealand King Salmon's $60.1 million rights issue closed with a $9.8m shortfall.Participating shareholders applied for $3.5m of oversubscriptions, leaving $6.3m which underwriter Jarden and any sub-underwriters will take up.The company said 83.6% of eligible shareholders took up their rights to 2.85 new shares at 15 cents each for every share held.
