New Zealand King Salmon's $60.1 million rights issue closed with a $9.8m shortfall.Participating shareholders applied for $3.5m of oversubscriptions, leaving $6.3m which underwriter Jarden and any sub-underwriters will take up.The company said 83.6% of eligible shareholders took up their rights to 2.85 new shares at 15 cents each for every share held. However, that included major shareholder Oregon, owned by the Tiong family of Malaysia, which had pre-committed to take up its rights to 39.6%.NZ King Salmon shares closed on Monday at 28...
