Pāmu is looking to offload its controlling stake in Spring Sheep Dairy, as it continues to focus on its core farming operations.The country’s state-owned farmer, officially known as Landcorp, had been in a 50/50 joint venture with SLC Group until this year, when the sheep milking business undertook a capital raise after securing its Chinese formula registration.In March of this year, Pāmu’s stake was increased to 53% after shareholder loans were converted to equity.Spring Sheep was valued at $71m in Pāmu's annual report.
