Family-owned food and resources empire Talley's Group has filed a statement of claim against coal miner Bathurst Resources, its joint venture partner in several New Zealand coal mines.In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Bathurst said the claim was “purported to have been brought under the Companies Act 1993 and the Financial Markets Conduct Act”.A “further and separate application for TGL (Talley's Group), for leave to bring derivative proceedings in the name of and on behalf of Bathurst”,...
