Australian developer Ninety Four Feet has it sights firmly set on New Zealand, and more than $2 billion in the property pipeline to boot.First up is 51 Albert, a $250 million upmarket hotel and apartment project which broke ground on Thursday, It will feature a 30 level, 225 room luxury Indigo hotel, one of six being rolled out through Australasia by the Intercontinental Hotel brand.
