Kiwi Property's Sylvia Park will open its $277 million level-one expansion on Oct. 15, providing 20,000 square metres of additional space, lifting its store numbers to 250 and leapfrogging Westfield Newmarket as the country's biggest shopping centre.As well as 60 new stores and a combined 5,000 car parks, a major drawcard will also be the new flagship, 8,100 sqm Farmers store, which will be the country's biggest.
