Scaffolding at the top levels of Auckland’s abandoned Seascape tower poses a potential risk to workers and the public and has to be inspected weekly, documents released to BusinessDesk reveal.Work on the half-finished 56-level structure ceased in August amid a bitter dispute between developer Shundi Customs and construction firm China Construction NZ, and there has been no word on when it will resume.The cantilever scaffold, which remains on the building from level 48 upwards, may become compromised, particularly in high winds, according...
