Australian private investment firm Di Mauro Group has snapped up its third New Zealand retail property, buying the Christchurch regional shopping centre The Palms in a deal valued at $88.8 million.The centre, located in the suburb of Shirley outside Christchurch, was part of the AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund. The Adelaide based group has a $1.4 billion portfolio across both NZ and Australia and owns WestCity shopping centre in Auckland and Wellington's North City shopping centre. The family-run business owns and operates anothe...
