Crown rebuild agency Ōtākaro wants to identify its preferred developers for two prime central Christchurch sites by the end of the year.Fletcher Living had an exclusive deal to develop residential housing in the East Frame, a post-quake anchor project covering several blocks in the inner city.However, due to the high demand for housing, the Crown, through Ōtākaro, decided to open up two blocks for applications from other developers.Interested parties had until Nov 18 to get in proposals for the 4,829 square metre Cashel St site and Nov 25 for t...
