Property developer Urban Collective will kick back $10,000 to off-plan buyers at its upmarket Wonder Apartments in Eden Terrace – if they’ve been double vaccinated.One of the latest firms to get on the vaccination bandwagon, the developer says it will refund the money as a lump sum to buyers who sign a purchase contract between now and Dec 15.
