Housing has become a buyer’s market again with the fear of missing out gone, and fear of overpaying back.Evidence of the shift includes a higher number of properties on the market combined with falling sales and asking prices trundling down. Add to that, investors and first home buyers retreating from the market, along with empty auction rooms and an absence of crowds at open homes.Pandemic restrictions and fears can be blamed for part of the latter points.But the decline in buyer's interest is also part of the hangover of a year...
