Fletcher Building has taken legal action over the insurance policy behind the New Zealand International Convention Centre it is building for SkyCity Entertainment Group.The construction site in Auckland caught fire in 2019.SkyCity’s most recent update on the project on February 14 said it “remains complex” with reinstatement works progressing, but more slowly than expected.Fletcher’s latest estimates are to complete the seven-level 32,500 square metre convention centre in 2025 and the 300-room Horizon Hotel in 2024.The b...
