FOMO returns to housing market but not investors

Real estate agents report fear of missing out (FOMO) is on the rise again in the housing market as house prices continue to soar, according to economist Tony Alexander's latest survey.There are still fewer first-home buyers in the market, albeit to a lesser extent, but property investors remain significantly negative with a net 52% of agents reporting seeing fewer of them, the survey of 315 agents shows.A net 4% reported seeing fewer first-home buyers, an improvement from the net 17% reporting seeing fewer of them a month ago."The poli...
