NZX-listed Goodman Property Trust says it has entered a conditional agreement to buy 34 hectares of land near the Auckland airport from Villa Maria winery for $75 million.Villa Maria, one of New Zealand’s largest wine exporters, put the Māngere land parcel on the market last November, as part of its post covid restructuring.It will retain its head office, winery, restaurant and bottling operations on its remaining 10ha site.The land, which includes infill sites between Montgomerie Road and Ōruarangi Road, is zoned light industrial and Goo...
