Online marketplace firm Trade Me paid $18.8 million to add valuation and data site homes.co.nz to its suite of property trading assets.Of the purchase price paid to PropertyNZ in September, $17.8m is classed as goodwill, representing the value of “expected synergies” homes.co.nz will bring in the form of valuations, property histories and home expense estimates to Trade Me Property.
