Simplicity Living will spend $150 million on a 256-apartment build-to-rent development in Morningside, Auckland – its sixth planned property development in two years.Managing director Shane Brealey said construction was expected to start on its just purchased 6,560 sq metre site on 10 Morningside Drive next year, with completion due in late 2027.
