Kiwi Property Group says it has received 600 enquiries from prospective tenants for the 295 units in its new Resido build-to-rent development to open at Sylvia Park in Auckland in May. Despite the big response, the listed property group has signed a deal with Sydney-based serviced apartment management firm Urban Rest to manage 34 of those units for an initial three years, with the option of extending by a further two. As the country’s largest build-to-rent (BTR) project to date, the $220 million development will offer one- to th...
