Kiwi Property Group says it has received 600 enquiries from prospective tenants for the 295 units in its new Resido build-to-rent development to open at Sylvia Park in Auckland in May. Despite the big response, the listed property group has signed a deal with Sydney-based serviced apartment management firm Urban Rest to manage 34 of those units for an initial three years, with the option of extending by a further two.
