Former Mainzeal boss Richard Yan's extensive heritage property is being sold following his bankruptcy in New Zealand.The Official Assignee's office has confirmed that Yan is co-operating and that they are considering selling three parcels of land to pay creditors owed in his bankruptcy.According to the Waitaki District Council, one property, previously used in Hollywood productions such as The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, is worth roughly $3.5 million.It is unclear how much the adjoining two parcels of land Yan owns are worth...
