Ryman Healthcare has cancelled plans for a $240 million Christchurch retirement village and listed the site, described as one of the premier development opportunities in the city, for sale.The NZX-listed retirement village operator was granted resource consent for the Warren & Mahoney-designed village, located opposite Hagley Park on Park Terrace, in 2021.The project was meant to have included a 70-bed care centre, 54 serviced apartments and 155 independent apartments.As a spokesperson told BusinessDesk in 2022: “We are working on the...
