A group of subcontractors is considering action against Auckland property developer Aaron Ghee after he allegedly breached a creditors compromise deal.In June, creditors of townhouse and apartment developer Sanctum Projects owed $3.5 million voted to accept an arrangement paying them just 15 cents in the dollar.Ghee is the sole director and ultimate owner of Sanctum.Only around half of the creditors voted, and others felt bullied into accepting the deal, their lawyer Raine Selles said.But what had really galvanised them into action wa...
