Summerset sold 199 units in Sept qtr

Summerset said it sold 199 rights to occupy in the September quarter, taking its nine-month sales to 95% of last year's full-year sales, despite more lockdowns.The retirement village operator sold 117 new units and resold another 82 in the three months ended September, up from 100 new units in the same quarter last year but down from 125 resales that quarter."Sales have continued at pace despite a nationwide lockdown in August and the ongoing lockdown in Auckland; in particular, new sales were 17% higher than in the third quarter of 20...
