Retirement village operator Summerset Group has closed the gap between it and Fletcher Living, adding $706 million to its residential books since March and coming in with a total development pipeline of $2.2 billion.Fletcher Living remains the country’s largest home builder, with $2.78b worth of jobs across 156 projects, while franchise builder GJ Gardner is back in third spot, coming in at $1.25b of homes in the planning or build stage as of September.
