Property syndicator Erskine and Owen says its NZ Warehousing & Logistics Property Fund is now 63.6% subscribed after being launched in May.The fully underwritten fund is offering 11 million units to wholesale investors, priced at $1 a unit, with a minimum buy in of $100,000.The Auckland-based manager has finalised the purchase of a multi-tenanted, 5,316 square metre warehouse at 146 Collins Road in Hamilton for just over $6 million, the first of a trio of warehousing and logistics buildings valued at a combined $17.1m.
